Well Hey There!     To the right, that was me a few years ago as well as me now.      At my heaviest I was a miserable 265lbs. 100 days later I was motivated and happy 195lbs. What I wish I had though throughout was someone to help, coach, show, teach me about what was to come, which I didn’t.      It was tough to go through all that on my own.
